Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RogerioGT Studio (https://studio.rogeriogt.com), operated by Rogerio Israel Martinez Cruz, Guatemala. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

RogerioGT Studio lets you connect a TikTok account, prepare a video with a caption and settings, and submit it to TikTok through TikTok's Content Posting API. Publishing happens only when you press Publish. Depending on your TikTok account and our status with TikTok, posts may be restricted by TikTok itself (for example to private visibility) and we will show you what TikTok reports.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to hold a TikTok account in your country. One account per person.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and text you upload. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to everything you post, including music, and that your content follows TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, including TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and, for commercial content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to post content you do not have the rights to, to impersonate others, to spam, or to break any law or platform rule. We may suspend an account that does.

5. Third-party services

The service depends on TikTok's API. Your use of TikTok remains governed by your agreement with TikTok. We are not responsible for TikTok's availability, decisions about your account, or restrictions TikTok applies to content posted through its API.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

7. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
